If you are still within your free update period , email or call support in your region and ask if Ssang Yong Vehicle Software App is available in your language selection yet, because you don't see it on your tool  ?

 I have SsangYong on my tool V1.11.  When I had free update, I DL'd it for no other reason than to say I had SsanYong on my scan tool and nobody else in town did. Never seen one of the cars and probably never will
